There are, unfortunately, no refunds on customized items as they cannot be re-sold. This includes errors discovered upon or after receipt. Any production mistakes will be cheerfully replaced, at our expense, as quickly as possible.
Shipping and Route Package Protection Services are included in listed price. Route Protection is a relatively painless way to get instant coverage for damage during shipment, mis-delivery by the post office/shipping carrier or even if a porch pirate absconds with your package!
